Louisa Johnson, Kiera Weathers and Lauren Murray have made it through to the X Factor 2015 live shows.
The trio are Rita Ora's top girls and were picked in last night's live judges' houses reveal.
Louisa was the first to be selected but admitted she doubted her spot in the final three.
"At judge houses I was really ill," she recalled. "I just tried to push it to the side but throughout the day it got worse and worse and I just didn't feel like I performed my best. I'm just really, really grateful."
Lauren Murray was next and said of watching herself back: "When you're there, there's so much pressure that you don't remember anything. That was the first time I've seen it back>"
The last of the three to be confirmed was Kiera Weathers who reacted: "It was horrible!
"I literally thought my legs were going to go from underneath me. I have felt so much anxiety, and fear, when you literally think this could be the end of this whole journey."
The teenager from St Helens continued: "All of us girls have bonded so close and it's the thought of I could either neither see five of these girls for a long time or three of these girls for a long time and either way it feels like I'm at a loss.
"I cannot believe I'm in the live shows but then I feel really, really sad because Monica, Havva and Chloe are amazing girls and they deserved it so much."
Louisa added: "It was horrible because I just didn't want to see them go. I'm never ever not going to talk to them."
The X Factor live shows begin this Saturday and Sunday night.
