Mason Noise is back on The X Factor it's fair to say it's a decision that's split opinion.
Following Tom Bleasby's exit from the show on Monday, it was announced yesterday that Mason was being given a second chance in the competition.
However it's despite ranting at the show and storming off during six chairs after being branded an "absolute a**ehole" by Simon Cowell in an on stage row with the judges.
A source claimed to The Sun newspaper that part of the reasoning behind bring back the controversial contestant was to help boost ratings.
Speaking of his decision to invite Mason back yesterday, Grimmy said: "After Tom decided to leave the show, Mason was the person I wanted to bring back.
"Yes he was difficult at the 6 Chair Challenge, but people with an artistic temperament can be difficult. He's talented and in previous auditions excited us Judges. Sometimes a challenge is interesting."
In our poll over the past 24 hours we've been asking if Nick made the right decision and it's been a resounding NO with around 80% voting to say X Factor was wrong to get Mason back.
In fact, in our earlier survey of more than 13,000 X Factor fans this week where we asked which of the Boys should have been brought back, Mason ranked in only fifth place of the nine options.
The likes of Ollie Marland and Nathanael Landskroner proved the most popular with you lot which isn't surprising given that unlike Mason the two each originally had seats on Sunday.
