The X Factor 2015 auditions are OVER and here's a first look at a handful of this year's acts.
It seems as though there have been some familiar faces auditioning, prompting the usual cries of a fix and complaints about lack of fresh talent. Frankly, if they're talented, we don't care.
Brighton singer Scarlett originally auditioned for last year's show as part of duo Kitten and the Hip. She split from the hip and made it as far as bootcamp.
This four piece group performed a medley of Bruno Mars, Chris Brown and Justin Timberlake songs for their X Factor audition.
The band features Mitchell and MJ, two members of Britain's Got Talent boyband New Bounce, who came third in Britain's Got Talent final in 2011.
Another hopeful on The X Factor this year is 20-year-old Ollie Marland, reports the Daily Star newspaper.
Already a hit online with almost 100,000 Twitter followers and a third of a million Facebook likes, Ollie has previously performed on the same bill as McBusted and former X Factor finalists Union J.
On YouTube, Ollie has over 18,000 subscribers with his most popular video - a cover of I'm Yours - having racked up 70,000 views.
My Bad Sister
Made up of identical twins Polly and Sophie Duniam, My Bad Sister auditioned in London and were instantly recognised by Rita, who had performed with the pair as backing dancers.
The sisters' rap got four yeses from the judges as they sailed through to bootcamp prompting claims that the 'quirky' pair could be favoured, however show chiefs insisted that the duo were put through to the next round on merit alone.
It turns out that Simon Cowell knew one of this year's X Factor contestants. The Sun reports that Hobbie was previously been signed to Sony's RCA label and released a debut EP just last year called Still Here after the record deal.
Hobbie has been uploading videos to his YouTube channel - which has an impressive 300,000 subscribers, more than most X Factor winners - for the past four years. His most popular cover, a version of Rihanna's Diamonds, has notched up almost 8 MILLION views.
35-year-old Jenesa gave the judges more than they bargained for when she KISSED Simon Cowell. The Daily Mirror reports that Jenesa flashed her knickers to the panel before snogging Simon, all while singing Shakira’s Hips Don’t Lie.
Not much is known about this act, even whether it's a soloist or a group. However what we do know is that they caused a row with the judges.
The Daily Star reports that when they took to the stage, Simon quipped: "Princess? Cheryl's always called herself the People's Princess", prompting Cheryl to snap at the boss to "shut his cake hole".
We'll have to wait until The X Factor is back on TV next month on ITV until we see if any of these acts made it through to bootcamp.
