X Factor's Stereo kicks have revealed they've yet to sign a record deal.
It's despite the boys preparing to release a debut single Love Me So, with the group saying that they hope the track will get the attention of labels.
"The single is being released through out management James Grant," the group have confirmed, "We don't have a deal at the moment.
"There have been talks with labels but we are trying to show them we are worth signing."
Their first song - written by band member Tom Mann - was put up for Pre-Order last month following their own headline tour shot straight up the iTunes charts peaking at Number 25 weeks before its currently scheduled release on June 21.
Meanwhile the boys have taken another swipe at their former mentor Louis Walsh after he snubbed their phone calls.
They said: "He has obviously forgotten about us quickly".
Earlier this year the group slammed the former X Factor judge, saying they were glad to be away from him.
Singer Tom said: "I'd by lying if I said I wish we were still with Louis.
"If I'm honest then I'd say we're glad to be away from him."
