Louis Walsh has said he won't be back on The X Factor panel this year.
Although whether he'll actually mean it this time remains to be seen.
Speaking about what will be the twelfth series of The X Factor this summer, Louis declared he was "done" with the show.
It follows rumours suggesting that X Factor boss Simon Cowell may axe him from the panel.
“I think I’m done with X Factor honestly," Louis said. "My day job is as a manager, I’ve kind of neglected that. I want to get back to being a manager.
“I’m working with Shane Filan, he’s got a new record coming out, and I’m working with Hometown. I’d like to get back to where I started off… I never wanted to be on TV, it just happened.”
Louis added: “I’ve done 11 seasons. That’s a long time on television. I think they’re going to change it, go for a few new faces."
However, talking on Ireland's TV3, Louis ruled out any plans to retire from the music industry completely.
He explained: “If you don’t like this business you shouldn’t be in it. You have to be full time, you have to love it.
“I still love it. I still look at the charts, I still buy music, I still go to gigs. It keeps you young.”
Speaking to us and others on the red carpet at the BGT press launch this week, X Factor boss Simon insisted that nothing was "set in stone" when it came to this year's judges, but teased we'd have news about the show "soon".
