Tulisa is set to make a comeback on The X Factor 2014 tonight after an ill Mel B was ruled out of the final.
The Spice Girl was said to be "unwell" earlier this week after she missed rehearsals and failed to attend a press conference with the other judges and finalists.
Now it's been revealed how poorly Mel had actually collapsed and was rushed to hospital.
“She is in a bad way. Everyone is very worried. It seems impossible she will make the final. We are all just praying she comes through this," a source told The Sun newspaper today.
They added: "She is beyond devastated to miss the final. It's bad times but she's going to pull through."
Former X Factor judge Tulisa is now set to stand in for Mel as mentor to her act Andrea Faustini.
A show source explained: "Tulisa has got the experience of having been a judge in the past and definitely has Mel's blessing.
"She was also involved in the show at the judges' house round so has a connection to this year's contestants."
Tulisa is said to be 'over the moon' to get a chance to prove herself again, having previously won the series with Little Mix, who remain the only group to ever triumph.
"Tulisa is really happy to help out," a source told the Daily Mirror newspaper. "She knows how important it is for the contestants to have someone there mentoring them, and getting behind them, especially when it is so near to the final.
"She will be making sure that Andrea gets as much help and guidance as possible."
The X Factor returns on ITV from 8:30PM TONIGHT with the live final from Wembley Arena.
