Mel B is proving to be Simon Cowell's "worst nightmare" on The X Factor 2014 after refusing to be controlled.
At least that's according to Louis Walsh, who is full of praise for the new addition to the panel this year.
"Mel is Simon's worst nightmare," Louis declared. "She won't back down and she's not afraid to have an opinion.
"Mel is amazing because she is a force of nature and a breath of fresh air."
Speaking to Heat magazine, Louis continued: "In a way, she has a bit of Mrs O about her - that credibility and ability to tell the truth.
"She has brilliant energy and won't have her opinion changed by anyone."
And it seems that as well as winning over Louis, Mel's brutal honesty has also won over viewers, to Cheryl's demise.
"Everyone's loving Mel's honesty. Fewer people are buying Cheryl's 'Bambi' tears this year," a supposed show source told the magazine . "She's finding it a real drag - because, for the first time, she's been exposed to so much criticism.
"I think she could be regretting signing up for the show again."
If tabloid reports are to be believed however, both Cheryl and Mel have already been unofficially invited back to the panel next year.
The X Factor 2014 continues tonight with the latest results on ITV, plus performances from Queen and Adam Lambert, as well as former X Factor finalists Union J and Ella Henderson.
