X Factor's Stephanie Nala has hit back at claims she was a school bully.
Steph was branded an intimidating bitch by former fellow school pupils last week.
One claimed: “She was the worst bully at our school.
“Steph made my life a living hell for four years.”
However Steph, who was in the sing off on Sunday night, has insisted there is no truth to the accusations.
"I was very, very shocked and hurt. I find the word “bully” so hurtful," she said this week.
The 20-year-old told the Metro newspaper: "It has been a tough week for me. I’ve had to face bullying online. I’ve had people telling me to die and saying they will do this and that to me.
"People are ganging up on me.’
Speaking to the tabloid, Steph feared that she may lose votes because of the claims and suggested that people were out to get her like former contestants Tamera Foster and Misha B.
"I feel like people jump on a bandwagon to bring someone down," she said. "I remember that happened to Tamera [Foster in 2013] and Misha B [in 2011] – it seems like it always happens to someone on the show."
Steph added: "I find it unfair it’s happened to me. I’m not like that. I am a nice person."
As well as the tabloid claims, poor Steph has faced DEATH THREATS after she survived the sing off on Sunday, even if it was the result of the public vote.
The X Factor 2014 continues this Saturday night on ITV.
