The X Factor 2014 finalists have been given a pep talk by Simon Cowell ahead of the weekend's first live show.
The final 12 were confirmed at the weekend as Simon picked his three overs: Ben Haenow, Jay James and Fleur East.
They're joined by Mel and her boys: Jake Quickenden, Paul Akister and Andrea Faustini, Cheryl's girls: Lauren Platt, Chloe Jasmine and Stephanie Nala and finally Louis Walsh’s final three groups are: Only The Young, Blonde Electric and the new yet to be named eight piece boy band.
Speaking at the Pride of Britain awards this week, Simon revealed how he'll be preparing ALL of the acts - including the four still to be confirmed wild cards - for their first performances.
And he couldn't help but get a little swipe in aimed at Louis Walsh too.
He said: "I am going down to the house tomorrow and we are going to give them a pep talk about prepping for the show and believing in yourself and owning the songs, not to be puppets in the case of Louis’ category.”
In an interview with The Mirror newspaper, Simon also took a rather light hearted approach to this year's disappointing ratings, saying he'd love an extra "two million viewers." rather than the one.
The X Factor continues Saturday and Sunday on ITV with the live shows starting next weekend.
