X Factor 2014's Helen Fulthorpe suffers a panic attack on the show as Simon Cowell prepares to reveal his top acts.
The X Factor boss invited the Overs category to his home in LA and all six performed on tonight's show.
After making his top three choices with guest mentor Sinitta, the six remaining acts were gathered together.
But before Simon could deliver the results, filmed was stopped after Helen suffered a panic attack.
Getting worried ahead of the results, she said: "Just three of us are going through and it's gutting"
Helen had struggled with her performance this evening, putting on a poor rendition of Etta James' I'd Rather Go Blind to leave Simon underwhelmed.
"She's got timing issues. I'm really disappointed," Simon commented, "No grit."
Helen herself admitted to Dermot: "I thought it went really out of tune."
She later told cameras: "I know when I do a good performance and when I don't. I guess every singer has a bad day."
As she prepared to face Simon's verdict, Helen was rushed off for medical attention after struggling to breath.
"Shocking, how stressful, why did I put myself through so much stress," she feared.
The X Factor judges' houses concludes Sunday night at 8PM on ITV.
