The latest three of the X Factor 2014 UK final 12 have been revealed with the Boys finalists confirmed.
Last night we saw Louis Walsh whittle down the six acts in the Groups category to just three who will progress through to the live shows.
And this evening it was the turn of the Boys.
All six of the judges' houses finalists in the competitive category sung for mentor Mel B and guest mentor Emma Bunton before she delivered the tough verdicts.
There were tears as the likes of Jordan Morris, Jack Walton and Danny Dearden were sent home.
But it means that Andrea Faustini, Paul Akister and Jake Quickenden are in the live shows and are X Factor 2014 finalists!.
Mel told Andrea: "Whenever you stand upon the stage and perform and give it your all, you make everyone happy. You're Italian, are people going to be able to identity with that, are they going to like that... You are going through to the next round!"
The former Spice Girl said to Paul: "You were Emma's favourite. You've got that voice, the killer voice, having said that there is a reason why Louis didn't put you through, it's not just about The Voice.
"You have to connect with the audience, you connect when you sing but I feel I connect wit h you right now, and that bothers me. It's about everything and I think the public are going to miss but on so much if you don't give your personality too... am taking you through to the live shows."
Finally, Mel told Jake: "One thing that you ave is that whole entire package, you look good, you deliver, you sing with emotion and people get you. You out of the six boys are not my strongest singer and I know what's going to be expected of the people who I put through to the live shows.
"I'm afraid... you're going to be spending a lot more time with me because you're going through!"
The trio of acts join Louis groups Blonde Electric, Only The Young and the new Boyband, and will be joined by six others as the results of the other judges' houses are revealed on Sunday night.
BUT THERE'S MORE!
Sunday night is also set to see a special X Factor 2014 wild card twist, which will end with each category getting an extra act.
The X Factor continues Saturday and Sunday on ITV with the live shows starting next weekend.
