Kerrianne Covell's performance of I Know You Won't has sent the original track up the charts following last night's X Factor.

Shoe shop salesperson Kerrianne performed the Carrie Underwood track (download here) for judges Cheryl Cole, Simon Cowell, Mel B and Louis Walsh on Saturday night's arena auditions.

Simon warned: "You know I discovered her."

"No pressure!" Kerrianne joked before belting out the track to win a standing ovation from the audience.

The song has now shot up into the Top 40 on iTunes, it's highest place in the UK charts.

Other tracks that have seen a boost since last night's show include RAIGN's original track Don't Let Me Go (download here).

RAIGN failed to impress Cheryl but won three yeses from the other judges to make it into bootcamp.

And Steph Nala, who performed Baby D's Let Me Be Your Fantasy (download here), has helped boost the songs by her old BGT band the Luminites.

Their singles Do Something and It Hurts So Good are also climbing the iTunes download charts following last night's show.
