The X Factor 2014 judges have been given their categories ahead of bootcamp - SPOILERS HERE!
This year the judges – Cheryl Cole, Mel B, Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh – have again been given their categories before bootcamp kicks off next weekend.
From bootcamp the judges will take control of the acts in each of the four groups and decide who makes the cut to get through to judges' houses.
Cheryl’s got the GIRLS for the THIRD time in her four series while Mel B has been given the BOYS for her first run.
Simon Cowell has been given the OVERS while Louis Walsh has the GROUPS.
Each of the four categories have some potential winners in them going into bootcamp, but expect some controversial choices if rumours are anything to go by.
Simon is said to be "chuffed" getting the Overs after Sam Baily's triumph last year while Cheryl is unsurprisngly "thrilled" with having the Girls (again).
Bootcamp will air this FRIDAY, Saturday AND Sunday in a marathon X Factor weekend as we see the return of the ‘Six Chair Challenge’.
One by one, the remaining acts in each category will perform for all four judges who will comment and critique the act.
Then, it'll be up to the judge for that category alone to decide whether or not to give the contestant a ‘seat’ in the next round.
In a cruel twist, the judges are free to swap and replace those sitting in the seats at any time with only those still sat down at the end making it into judges' houses.
Which judge do you think has been given the best category?
The X Factor 2014 airs on ITV.
