One Direction have beaten Leona Lewis to be named as the richest X Factor stars.
The boy band, who only finished third on the show back in 2010, have amassed a fortune of £14 million between them over the past four years.
They narrowly beat Leona Lewis, who has a total of £13 million under her belt.
Although returning X Factor judge Cheryl did triumph over the pair with her worth said to be at £16 million, according to the Reality TV Rich List released this month.
JLS rank at number 3 with an estimated worth of £7.1 million despite their recent split while Olly Murs is at number four with £5 million.
Little Mix still have quite a way to go until they're in the same league as One Direction with £3.8 million, but they're already narrowly ahead of 2008 champ Alexandra Burke and her £3.6 million.
Jedward rank next with a total of £3 million, Cher Lloyd has £1.8 million while Rylan was the only other X Factor star to make the top 50 with £1.4 million.
Other notable reality talent show stars who made the Top 50 Richest Reality stars include BGT runner up Susan Boyle with £22 million and former Pop Idol top two Will Young and Gareth Gates, with £10m and £6.7m respectively.
Cheryl's Girls Aloud bandmates Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh have £7m a piece while Nadine Coyle and Sarah Harding have £6.1m.
