The X Factor UK is set to air on US telly for the first time in history.
Simon Cowell, Cheryl Cole, Mel B and Louis Walsh will take the British telly series Stateside for the first time ever this year.
TV channel AXS TV will air every episode, from the auditions and bootcamp stages through to the live shows.
The show will air 24 hours after the British premieres, so they'll be on Sunday and Monday evenings in America.
It's the eleventh series of the UK show and sees the return of Simon to the panel after three years away where he tried to launch a version in America.
But FOX confirmed it was not renewing the show for a fourth attempt after the latest run once again turned into a ratings flop.
The news also means a return to US telly for Cheryl, who previously appeared on The X Factor USA in its first series before getting the axe after just two audition episodes.
Louis Walsh has also appeared on The X Factor USA, standing in alongside Britney Spears for an ill Simon, while Mel B will be known to American audiences for her work on America's Got Talent.
