Cheryl Cole is still battling against the return of Louis Walsh on The X Factor this year.
So far only Cheryl and Simon Cowell are officially on the panel, despite Louis insisting that he wasn't going anywhere.
Even Simon has declared: “Louis – I would love him to come back and do the show, it wouldn’t be the same without him.”
But still there's been no official announcement and perhaps that's because Cheryl is against the whole idea.
Simon revealed this week: "I want Louis to come back, Cheryl doesn't To be honest with you, I can't imagine doing the show without him."
The music mogul went on to reveal that after talking about possible choices with Cheryl, it could be a new face that we see on the show this year.
"We've talked about who she would like and she wouldn't like," he said. "I'm coming to the conclusion that I would maybe like to put somebody we've never seen before on TV, and go back to where it started."
Meanwhile, the X Factor boss rubbished reports linking both Rihanna and Katy Perry to the series.
"I swear to got I haven't spoken to Rihanna. I saw her in Barbados at Christmas time. I think she'd like to, but I doubt she'd have the time to do it. You need that 11-week clear run to do the live shows, so I can't see it happening," Simon told reporters.
He continued: "It's the same issue with Katy Perry.
"We've had some great people throughout the last three years, but I want to get back to the 2010 calibre. We had One Direction, Cher Lloyd, Rebecca Ferugson and Matt Cardle.
"Therefore I've got to have people that are going to work hard with the artists, not just taking the chair and turning up to judge."
The X Factor will return to our screens in the autumn on ITV.
