Miley Cyrus won't be joining The X Factor UK this year... or any time in the near future.
It had been reported this week that X Factor boss Simon Cowell was after the opinionated popstar for this year's panel.
But apparently there's more chance of Elvis joining the show.
A spokesperson for the US singer told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Simon has more chance of getting Elvis or Gandhi as a judge.”
An insider added to the paper that Miley had been offered a spot on "lots of talent" shows but was currently focused on her world tour.
"This is far down the list of things she would consider at the moment," the source told the newspaper. “She’s having the most fun she’s ever had at the moment and is really enjoying the way her career is going.
"Her album has been a huge success and she wants to work on another album. It’s always music for her.
“Miley has been offered the role of judge on lots of talent shows in the States but she’s never been interested.”
It seems that Simon has already moved on anyway because according to The Sun newspaper this morning, he's after Mel b to become the new 'alpha female' of the hsow.
A source told the tabloid today: “Mel is top of Simon’s list. He thinks she has just the spark the panel needs. He doesn’t want any shrinking violets or pop stars who are just eye candy.
“He looks at it as Cheryl Cole is a princess and Mel is an alpha female.”
The X Factor airs in the autumn on ITV.
