X Factor judge Cheryl Cole has won herself a rider to be proud of for this year's show.
The Girls Aloud star is back on the ITV series alongside boss Simon Cowell and she's certainly getting her own way.
As well as a huge £1.5 million fee, Cheryl apparently made X Factor chiefs agree to a list of demands to secure her return.
They include her own additional PA exclusively for The X Factor, a £200,000 wardrobe budget, a trio of stylists to help spend that budget, an exclusive make up artist and a personal driver.
"Cheryl has so much riding on The X Factor," a source said. "She's terrified she'll be judging for going back to it, which is why she made Simon apologise publicly.
"She's also made him promise he won't bring up what happened in America again."
And according to Closer magazine this week, Cheryl also demanded that Simon publicly admit that axing her from The X Factor USA was a mistake, which he duly did recently.
“You know what, I’ve been doing this for a long time. You have fallouts. I held my hands up and said I made a mistake and I was sorry, and I was sorry,” the music mogul explained. “And then when I decided I wanted to come back, I also decided I had to have Cheryl back on the show with me.”
Cheryl's final demand was that she gets a say on who joins the pair on the panel this year, which Simon has confirmed he agreed to.
"We’ve spoken to people but we did agree when Cheryl agreed to come back on the show that we would agree together," he revealed. “Because I’m not going to put someone next to her that she hates.”
The X Factor will air on ITV in the autumn.
