XFactor 2014 judges: Sharon Osbourne to return alongside Cheryl Cole?

Sharon Osbourne

Sharon Osbourne has been tipped to return to The X Factor UK this year.

The flame haired music manager is fancied by Ladbrokes to retake her seat on the judging panel for this year's X Factor.

With Cheryl Cole finally signing on the dotted line the bookies believe that Louis Walsh isn't far behind and have suspended betting on him being a mentor in 2014, which leaves Sharon as the favourite to occupy the fourth and final spot on the panel.

Olly Murs and Rita Ora share currently odds of 3/1, it's a 4/1 shot that Dannii Minogue completes the retro line-up, or there's 5/1 on offer that Robbie Williams replaces Gary Barlow as the new member of Take That to be a judge.

However at 100/1 it seems rather unlikely that Lily Allen or Sinitta will need to dust off their clichés and posh frocks.

And finally, with Simon and Cheryl back together it looks like the ratings will rocket once again, and the bookies make the final of X Factor 2014 the early favourite to have more viewers than Strictly Come Dancing.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: "After costing £1.5 million it's safe to say that Cheryl's pulling the strings when it comes to the fourth judge, and with that in mind, the odds indicate that 61-year-old Sharon will be back on the panel."
