X Factor winner Sam Bailey has revealed she'd love to play the drums on her debut album.
In a side not seen on the live shows, Sam has told how she's a bit of a rocker, having played the drums for 30 years.
"My dad was a drummer and I've played the drums since I was six years old," Sam explained, "I went to see Black Sabbath recently and the drummer was absolutely amazing.
"I sort of sat there and reflected on my dad being a drummer and him teaching me the paradiddle [drumbeat pattern] on the marble fireplace, and the fact that I've grown up with the drums."
It could make for an interesting live performance if Sam returns to The X Factor next series to perform like other past winners.
The Skyscraper hit maker, who was last year's Christmas Number One, said: "In a years time I'd like to think I could come back to The X Factor next year and visit the other people and give them a bit of inspiration to how they can succeed, and how my story has been.
"I just want to keep going and keep grounded."
Sam's debut album is expected to be released in the Spring.
