The X Factor 2013 finalists have been hit by a virus going around the house.
All ten of the remaining acts are living together in a nine-bedroom mansion on the outskirts of London.
But it seems that the group's mingling, tough work schedule and miserable weather has led to a spate of colds amongst the singers.
Eliminated contestant Shelley Smith joked she was glad to have moved out of the house, suggesting the illness may have hampered her performance at the weekend.
"There’s been a virus going around the house. I was really ill the day before, I passed out, we’ve all been passing out," she told Lorraine on ITV this week. "I passed out but I got on that stage and I was just glad that I got round that routine and sung my little heart out."
Speaking earlier on Daybreak, Shelley insisted she wasn't surprised to have left.
The singer, who became the second of Sharon's Overs to be booted out in as many weeks, explained: "I think I was ready for it. I thought it was going to happen, so it wasn’t a massive shock.
"I think because I was the bottom of the vote the first week I thought probably...I kinda expected it. I was hoping not to be but it doesn’t matter - I’m fine."
The X Factor 2013 continues this Saturday night at 8PM on ITV with Movies week.
