X Factor champ Alexandra Burke wants to join The Voice UK

Former winner of The X Factor Alexandra Burke has said she'd love to join The Voice UK.

After a previous guest judge stint on The X Factor, it looks like Alexandra is looking for a permanent spot on a reality telly show panel.

And The Voice UK is in need for at least two new coaches after both Jessie J and Danny O'Donoghue walked out ahead of next year's third series.

Speaking to Cosmopolitan magazine, Alexandra said she'd jump at the chance to sit in Jessie's chair on the BBC show next Spring.

"Yeah I would actually. I think The Voice is a great show, I'm actually a fan," she told the publication this month. "I actually think The Voice is absolutely fantastic show."

But Alex - who previously changed record labels away from X Factor boss Simon Cowell - insisted she was still a fan of the ITV show.

She added: "I'm a fan of the new panel actually. I think it's going to be amazing. I'm over the moon that Sharon's back. I absolutely adore her so it's going to be great."
