X Factor 2013 host Dermot O'Leary has said he hopes to see Sharon Osbourne back on the show this year.
The hunky telly host previously told us that nothing is confirmed with the line up yet, but he would love rumours of a Sharon Osbourne return to be true.
Dermot's first series hosting the show was with Sharon, who quit that series over rows with then new judge Dannii Minogue.
“It’s great to have someone who’s current, but at the same time if you look at her record and what she’s done both managing Ozzy and Smashing Pumpkins, she’s been there and she’s done that and she’s never rested on her laurels," Dermot said.
Speaking to the BBC, Dermot continued: “If she is back, disclaimer, then she’ll bring a wealth of experience. I think she’ll bring Louis into play a little bit more, because he can be out on his own a little bit on the side, can’t he?
“When I first started, the relationship between those two was the thing I loved the most.”
And the X Factor compere also wanted to see last year's newbie Nicole Scherzinger back for a second year, adding: “You look at someone like Nicole [Scherzinger]. She tore the place up last year. She’ll be great. Sharon will want to come back and cause a storm.”
Meanwhile, Dermot again insisted there was no official news on the judges, telling the Metro: "I know I am here and I think Louis has signed…..which is a worrying trend when it’s just me and Louis."
