Sharon Osbourne has apparently agreed a £2 million deal to return to The X Factor.
After months of speculation, the former judge will be back after five years away from the series.
Or at least, according to the latest tabloid reports.
Sharon was said to be in talks with producers since last year, but her recent marriage crisis to husband Ozzy had put things on hold.
A source claimed last week: "Sharon is trying to make Ozzy see she still deeply loves him and taking the X Factor job in the UK could be the final straw of their marriage.
"Doing the show would be full on, Sharon knows she wouldn't be able to devote time to Ozzy. Even though she's not living with him now, she's still able to visit. Living thousands of miles away in the UK while he's in LA, would make it harder. She would feel so emotionally torn."
According to The Sun however, Sharon is set to sign a new deal this week worth £1.8 million.
"Sharon’s been through hell lately, so X Factor was not front of mind," an insider told the newspaper. “But she loves the show and missed it.
“Things with Ozzy have calmed down but they’re a long way off being sorted.”
As for who will be joining her, both Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh are now widely expected to be back too.
But there's still questions over the fourth member of the panel, with Nicole Scherzinger, Mel B and even Tulisa all still linked to the show.
Open auditions for the series finished at the start of month in Glasgow, and try outs with the judges will begin next month.
The show returns to ITV in the summer.
