The singer has hit out at The X Factor, saying she doesn’t support the show at all, despite appearing at judges’ houses on the series in the past.
The ‘Domino’ hitmaker explained: “I don’t support the x factor putting through people that just going to be made a laughing stock.
“That is one of the reasons why I wouldn’t be a judge on that show. That is not how I thin the industry should be.”
Explaining the different with The Voice, Jessie went on: “The idea of being a coach and an inspiration and a mentor; rather than a judge, is something I can relate to.”
Jessie is one of four musical coaches on the second series of the BBC One show, which will going head to head with Simon Cowell and Britain’s Got Talent on from Saturday night.
It was claimed last year that Simon was hoping to pinch Jessie for The X Factor pane, but she insisted it wasn’t going to happen.
The 25-year-old performer also dismissed her appearances on the show in 2011, which also included a performance during the live finals, as just helping out a pal.
“I was there to support Tulisa, I was just very blunt with her,” Jessie added.
The Voice UK continues this Saturday night on BBC One.
