Caroline Flack is apparently being wooed to jump from The X Factor UK this year.
The Xtra Factor host is reportedly in early talks to replace Khloe Kardashian as the host of the X Factor in the USA.
It could mean this year's ITV2 spin-off show sees a revamped show, with Caroline's co-host Olly Murs already having admitted he's unlikely to return, wanting to instead focus on his music in the States.
According to Heat magazine, X Factor boss Simon started talks with Caroline last month after the pair met up at a BRIT awards after party.
A supposed source told the magazine this week: "It’s early days, but Simon has chatted with Caroline about working on The X Factor USA. He thinks she’s absolutely brilliant on Xtra Factor."
They added: “At the Sony BRITs party, he and Caroline sat in the corner all night together, having a long, animated talk.
" He really likes her cheeky, down-to-earth TV persona and how nothing fazes her.”
But it'll be a big career jump for Caroline and a risky one.
So far every host of the X Factor USA has been sacked after just one series, including fellow Brit Steve Jones, and the judges' haven't been around for much longer.
A friend down played the talks, saying: “She wants to take her time.
"She loves working on The Xtra Factor and she would never leave the UK permanently.”
