X Factor judge Tulisa and her publishers have sued Voice coach Will.i.am and his music company over hit song Scream and Shout.
The track, as performed by Will and Britney Spears, has become this year's biggest selling single so far having been number one for three weeks in January.
But Tulisa claims she wrote at least some of the lyrics of the hit song.
Personally, we're not sure we'd want to admit to writing such a track, but there's a big royalty payment up for grabs if Tulisa can prove she did.
The Sun report that the N-Dubz singer wrote at least part of the track with a pal of Will's for her debut album, but the US star pinched it to record with Britney.
Now Tulisa's Sony/ATV company are suing BMG to decide who really owns the lyrics.
"Tulisa is still fuming with Will for taking the song off her. The fact the song blew up only makes it worse," a source told the newspaper. “She’s well within her right to claim some of the publishing money.
“If she proves the words are hers, she could get a huge pay-out.”
At least Will did give the song a better name, with the track originally entitled 'I Don't Give A F***'.
