Simon Cowell has insisted that the definitely won't be back on the XFactor UK this year.
There's been (hopeful) rumours abound that the music mogul would be returning to save the show, but it's not going to happen.
The 53-year-old had apparently been planing to even move the show from its autumn time slot to join the panel, but in the end decided to continue to judge on the US version alone.
And in reality, both shows need him after some lacklustre ratings last year on both sides of the Atlantic.
A source revealed to the newspaper: “Simon shook his head. People weren’t happy.”
There's been plenty of other rumours about what will change about the panel, with recent reports suggesting Tulisa could be gone.
But the N-Dubz star took to Twitter’ to put out one of her trademark denials.
Tulisa tweeted last week: “Some1 at a certain paper has a very wild imagination 2day.
“Really dont understand how certain media are allowed to print complete lies #SAD.”
Open auditions for the X Factor 2013 kick off later in the Spring.
