X Factor finalist Jahmene Douglas has revealed his debut album will be rather mixed.
The singer has been signed to RCA Records after finishing as runner up on the show earlier this month, and is already planning his first record.
Jahmene, who narrowly lost out to James Arthur in the final, said this week: "I think my album would be so mixed.
"Think of Whitney Houston's My Love Is Your Love album - that kind of mix between ballads, gospel and R'n'B, a bit of jazz."
He added: "I'm just trying to get back that music from the olden days, because I'm missing it."
Meanwhile, Jahmene confessed he was missing pal James now that the show is over.
The final two were both mentored by Nicole Scherzinger and struck up a bit of an unlikely bromance as the series went on.
Jahmene said: "I know that his schedule is going to be absolutely crazy. So I'll just give him some space and harass him in the New Year!"
Fortunately for Jahmene and X Factor fans it won't be long before the pair are reunited on the live tour.
