Cheryl Cole definitely won't be returning to the X Factor UK, after turning down Simon Cowell's latest offer.
At least according to those infamous sources, who seem less reliable than Michael Fish.
Simon had apparently offered Cheryl a new £2 million deal to get her back on the panel and ratings up again for this year's show.
It's going to be the tenth series and needless to say, producers don't want it to be a flop.
But Cheryl won't be returning, with plans to get married and start a family after the end of Girls Aloud's comeback tour.
Says one of those 'insiders': "Cheryl is really content with her life at long last. She is enjoying working with Girls Aloud for their reunion tour."
Over exaggerating just a tad, they added: "Not only that, but her solo career is taking off and she's found love with Tre Holloway."
The supposed sources claimed that Cheryl wouldn't be returning however much cash or other luxuries Simon stumped up for her.
Explains the source: "She's found life on the X Factor so stressful and after Simon sacked her from the US show in 2011, she has told him she won't be be back - not for any amount of money.
"Cheryl is scared of her putting herself out there again. She was so harshly judged in America for everything from her big hair to her clothes.
" It was difficult time in her life and a very harsh lesson. Now she prefers keeping a lower profile and she is much more chilled out that way."
But with rumours about Gary Barlow and Tulisa's axe, just who will Simon get to replace him?
