Chris Maloney will be on X Factor 2013 tour line up!

Chris Maloney (X Factor 2012)

Christopher Maloney will join The X Factor 2013 live tour line up, it's been confirmed.

It had been claimed that Chris had been axed from the live concert, which is due to start next month, despite finishing in third place.

Chris missed the final at the weekend after deciding to walk out of rehearsals, apparently wanting nothing more to do with the show after finishing in third place on the Saturday night.

The singer ditched a planned group number after clashing with fellow contestant Carolynne Poole and production staff in rehearsals.

A source told The Sun newspaper: “Everyone is completely fed up of his behaviour.

“He was abusive to the production team and other contestants.”

Acts from the show had been campaigning to get Kye Sones to replace Chris on the bill.

X Factor winner James Arthur tweeted: “#getkyeonthexfactortour” while Rylan Clark added: “#getkyonthexfactortour Bring my boy @Kyesones1 back!”

Ella Henderson also got on board with the campaign, tweeting: ” @Kyesones1 #getkyeonthexfactortour Xxx want u there big bro!! ”

And Union J added: “#getkyeonthexfactortour wuld love @kyestones to be there. Spread the word peeps much love x”

However a rep for The X Factor live tour confirmed to the Daily Mail this morning that Chris will remain on the tour.

The live tour returns in 2013 with dates in January and February at Arenas up and down the country, including London’s O2, Manchester’s MEN and Wembley Arena in London.
