X Factor 2012 winner James Arthur is set to hit the top spot on charts this week already.
Last night's show saw James win the XFactor 2012, beating Jahmene Douglas in a very closely fought final.
The 21-year-old released his winner's single, a cover of Shontelle's Impossible, to download straight after the final had finished.
The song will be available to buy in shops later this week, with all profits from the track going to support th Together For Short Lives charity.
However while James should get to the top spot next weekend, it looks unlikely he'll be able to hold on for Christmas.
Bookies Ladbrokes have made James the second favourite to land this year's Xmas number one.
James is quoted at just 2/1 to bag a number one single next year and it's a 4/1 chance his album follows suit. Runner up Jahmene is a 6/1 shot to have a single topping the charts in 2013 as well.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: "James's performances this weekend haven't left us feeling good as he's cost us a fortune.
"Although the odds suggest he'll miss out on the Xmas No.1 we're sure he'll get his hands on the top spot next year."
The X Factor UK returns next year, with open auditions for the 2013 series starting in the Spring.
