X Factor judge Gary Barlow has claimed that there was a conspiracy to get Christopher Maloney out of the show.
Christopher finished in third place on last night's XFactor 2012 results, leaving James Arthur and Jahmene Douglas to go head to head on tonight's final.
But the Take That star reckons that "someone" has been trying to force Chris out of the show with claims in the press about diva behaviour from the Liverpudlian singer.
Gary didn't name names, although we reckon we could guess who he was talking about.
“It is funny all the Chris Maloney being a diva stuff. I’ve not seen it," Gary said ahead of last night's show.
The Take That star explained: “I’ve been round the whole building asking because if one of my acts is misbehaving I wanna know about it.
"Nobody has seen anything, which tells me he’s probably doing quite well from the start. Someone’s trying to get rid of him.”
Christopher didn't seem all too upset with leaving when the result was announced last night.
Speaking to Dermot O'Leary, the former cruise ship singer said he was "on top of the world" after singing for more than 10,000 fans in Manchester.
He said: "I feel like I’ve already won, I’m the third finalist, it’s been fantastic and thanks to everyone who’s been supportive.”
