Who do the axed X Factor finalists want to win? (Spoiler: It's not Christopher Maloney)

The axed X Factor finalists have revealed who they're backing to win the show, and not one of them is hoping for Christopher Maloney.

All of the finalists will return to the stage on tonight's final for a group song, and they're cheering on James Arthur and Jahmene Douglas.

For some reason, none of the group wants Chris to win the show.

Given how a few of them have slagged off the Liverpudlian since they were eliminated, it could make for a bit of an awkward reunion today.

Rylan Clark said: “Everyone left in the competition is a deserved winner, but it would be amazing if a Scherzy boy could bring it home for me and team Nicole.”

Lucy Spraggan added: “Jahmene – because he is one of the most beautiful and caring people I have ever met.”

Carolynne Poole said: “I’d like Jahmene to win, he’s been my favourite from the start, and is beautiful outside and in.”

Jade Ellis, who has decided to turn up for the final, commented: “My favourite is James, however I would love Jahmene to win the X Factor. I think he would be an absolutely perfect winner.”

District3 said: “We’re backing James Arthur all the way, he’s a true talent and an amazing artist. He brings something fresh and dynamic that the X Factor hasn’t ever seen before.”

“Jahmene, because he is the nicest lad on planet earth," said Kye Sones. "It would be great if something positive happened for him and his family.”
