X Factor 2012: Jahmene Douglas for Swindon homecoming gig on Wednesday

XFactor 2012 finalist Jahmene Douglas will be making his homecoming gig in Swindon On Wednesday.

Last night saw Union J leave the show in the latest XFactor 2012 results, leaving the competition in fourth place.

There was no sing off or bottom two, with Union J leaving having received the fewest votes resulting in James Arthur, Christopher Maloney and Jahmene Douglas progressing through to the final.

This week will see each of the trio and their mentors head back to their hometown to ramp up support ahead of the weekend's final.

The singer will visit his friends and family back in his hometown with mentor Nicole Scherzinger, playing an intimate gig as well as switching on the town's Christmas lights.

Jahmene will appear at the town's Christmas event which starts from 5pm in Wharf Green on Wednesday, December 5.

The X Factor 2012 continues next weekend with the live final in Manchester.

Chris Maloney, Jahmene Douglas and James Arthur will be battling it out to be crowned winner, while there will be performances from One Direction, Kylie Minogue, Rhianna and Emeli Sande.
