X Factor 2012 star Lucy Spraggan is set to have her own album out before March, she's claimed.
Lucy was one of the favourites to win the show but had to leave the competition after illness.
Since leaving however Lucy has been working on her own album and plans to release it before the show's winner.
Lucy has previously released her own albums and songs, with her original track Beer Fear charting in the Top 15 after she auditioned with the track back in the summer.
During her time on the show, Lucy also performed her own tracks Mountains and Tea and Toast for viewers and judges.
Speaking to The Sun, Lucy said: “The plan is to write an album and have it released by spring, around March time.
“I’ve already got about 200 songs written up and ready to go, although obviously not all of those will make it."
And Lucy revealed there would probably be a song or two about her time on the show.
She revealed: I haven’t written about X Factor yet but I always write about my experiences, so I’m sure that I will.”
But Lucy - who will be back on the X Factor final at the weekend - confessed she'd yet to sign a record deal.
She said: “I haven’t got a record deal yet but hopefully I will in the next few months.”
