Axed X Factor Finalist Rylan Clark has said he thinks Christopher Maloney could win the show.
Rylan Clark became the latest singer to leave the competition in last night's XFactor 2012 results after he fell into the bottom two with Union J.
Louis Walsh, Tulisa and Gary Barlow all sent Rylan home with only Rylan's mentor Nicole Scherzinger saving him.
Speaking on the Xtra Factor however Rylan wasn't too upset.
He cheered: "I'm loving life, it's totally sunk in, I think I knew, when I knew I was in the bottom two with Union J I definitely knew I was going.
"I've had seven bonus weeks as far as I'm concerned."
Asked if he would be making a record, Rylan replied: "I dunno about getting a record deal but you never know, I've had a fantastic time on the show and whatever opportunities come my way, I'll see."
And it sounds like Nicole's more upset than Rylan!
He told Xtra Factor's Olly Murs and Caroline Flack: "I've just gone to see Nicole shes devastated but I'm just like 'Chill out babe, it'll be alright!'
"I've got a lot to thank Gary for, what he's done to me, what happens in the studio stays there, he's such a nice guy."
Finally, asked who he thought would win the show, Rylan said: "I think I would love it if won of my boys win but it's anyone's game.
"I think Chris has got a great chance, he's got a very strong chance, he's got a lot of support."
The X Factor 2012 continues this weekend on ITV1 and ITV1HD with Sunday's results show, one more act get the axe, and there will be performances from Pink and Tulisa.
