XFactor 2012 hopeful Christopher Maloney has admitted he's shocked to have survived another elimination.
Rylan Clark became the latest singer to leave the competition in this evening's XFactor 2012 results after he fell into the bottom two with Union J.
Louis Walsh, Tulisa and Gary Barlow all sent Rylan home with only Rylan's mentor Nicole Scherzinger saving him.
He said: "I can't believe it, I can't... I'm just so happy! I can't believe it, I've come to the semi-final of X Factor!
"It's a dream come true, it's an amazing feeling."
Speaking on the Xtra Factor Chris continued: "I love Rylan and I'm sure he's going to do really well, I'm so sad to see him go but it's bittersweet."
Meanwhile, Chris praised mentor Gary Barlow to Xtra Factor hosts Caroline Flack and Olly Murs.
He said: "Gary is an absolutely fantastic mentor and he's turned into a real great friend. He's so hands on."
Thanking viewers for the votes, Chris added: "The public have voted me in from the wildcard and I'm so grateful for them."
The X Factor 2012 continues this weekend on ITV1 and ITV1HD with Sunday's results show, one more act get the axe, and there will be performances from Pink and Tulisa.
