X Factor 2012 live shows: It's Abba and Motown week!

The X Factor 2012 continues tonight with the first double theme night of the series.

Five acts remain and they'll all be singing two songs each, and we're not sure how well it'll go!

Union J's George revealed: “We’ve got two songs to learn, we’re so excited to be doing this. Our Motown song was a very famous song by the Jackson 5 and the Abba song is about winning.

“It’s the quarter finals so we’re going to go out there and give 110%.”

Rylan recently admitted that he was nervous about learning all of the words to his songs, confessing: “This week I’m just going to go out there and have it up, I find it hard enough with one song so God knows how I’m going to be with two songs.”

And the Essex performer also threatened to get back at Gary Barlow again tonight if he’s mean to him once more!

Speaking to The Sun, Rylan said: “Without going into too much detail, if he does it again and carries on I’ll just have to tell everyone how it really is. I’ll lay it on the line.

“I mean I was just in the studio and he saw me and waved and smiled. He loves me. He can’t keep his eyes off me.”

With Ella Henderson out of the competition there are no females left fighting for the record contract, and three of the remaining five acts all belong in Nicole's category!

Bookie reckon however Rylan's time is finally up, but last week proved anything is possible....

The X Factor 2012 continues tonight on ITV1 and ITV1HD, with the final five acts sing two tracks each with Abba and Motown themes.

Sunday's results show will see one more act get the axe, and there will be performances from Rhianna and Bruno Mars.
