X Factor 2012's Ella Henderson is reportedly annoyed after being banned from performing own songs.
Ella became the latest singer to leave the competition in Sunday evening's shocking XFactor 2012 results after she fell into the bottom two with James Arthur.
The judges couldn't split the pair and sent the decision to deadlock, with Ella leaving having received the fewest public votes.
It was a shock exit for Ella, who had been the odds on favourite from the second live show.
The 16-year-old had originally wowed the judges at her first audition with her self-penned song Missed, but was never allowed to perform more of her own tracks on the main show.
Ella had previously revealed: “I’ve got about 30 songs I would be willing to put at the top of the list and perform them to people.”
But the Daily Mail report that bosses had banned Ella from singing her own tracks before the final.
A source told the newspaper: "Ella’s furious. She sang her own song Missed at her audition and it was by far her best performance.
"She wanted to sing it each week but was always ordered to wait until the final."
Despite many of this year's finalists being able to write their own music, there's been a distinct lack of original music on display.
Only Lucy Spraggan ever performed her own material on the live shows, despite Ella and James Arthur both revealing they too wanted to sing their own songs.
Of course, with theme weeks like 'Songs by Abba', it's unlikely we'll hear anything original from the remaining acts just yet.
The X Factor 2012 continues this Saturday on ITV1 and ITV1HD, with the final five acts sing two tracks each with Abba and Motown themes.
Sunday's results show will see one more act get the axe, and there will be performances from Rhianna and Bruno Mars.
