X Factor 2012 hopefuls Union J have teased their song choices for this weekend's live shows.
Saturday night will see the five remain acts singing two songs each for the first time, and with last weekend's shock elimination still fresh in their minds, the group are focused on avoiding the bottom two.
"It's Abba v Motown this week so we've got a classic Abba song and a real classic Motown song so it's going to show our different side," JJ revealed. "One's quite uptempo and the other is quite ballad-y, Westlife-y"
The group's Jaymi explained: "It's different for us to do something like this as we've always done very current songs on the show. So it's a bit of a challenge to try and make it current, but we don't want to change the song because they're such iconic songs."
He added "With two songs, we've also had to put so much effort in to make sure both performances are brilliant."
Tweeting this afternoon, the boys revealed they've already set their sights on making next months' big final in Manchester.
They wrote online: "So excited to perform 2 songs on Saturday night!!!! The final isn't too far away....hopefully we can get there!! #UnionJquarterFinals josh x "
But it seems that taking on two tracks has been challenging for the group, who have also had to squeeze in their usual weekly schedule of interviews and promotional activities.
George tweeted last night: "Wow what a craaaazy day! This weekend is going to be such a tough one so we need all the support we can get, for the mean time, Nu'Night! Gx "
The X Factor 2012 continues this Saturday on ITV1 and ITV1HD, with the final five acts sing two tracks each with Abba and Motown themes.
Sunday's results show will see one more act get the axe, and there will be performances from Rhianna and Bruno Mars.
