Xtra Factor host Olly Murs has hinted that he'll quit the show next year.
Olly finished second place on The X Factor back in 2009, and joined the Xtra Factor as co-host last year alongside Caroline Flack.
This year saw Olly have a reduced role on the ITV2 spin-off series, only presenting the live shows.
Speaking to DigitalSpy, Olly explained that splitting his time between his music and the show had been tough.
Discussing his attempts to break the America, Olly said: "It's been tough. Obviously I'm doing Xtra Factor as well, which is nice to get my mind off music for a while, but for me America is a big step.
"I'm not going to sit here and say I'm having massive success out there, because I'm not. 'Heart Skips A Beat' did okay out there, it's laid some great foundations, but I haven't spent enough time out there yet. I need to use that foundation I've built from the One Direction tour and hope things take off further.
"If it doesn't work out there with 'Troublemaker' and Flo Rida then so be it - at least I tried."
And Olly admitted: "I don't suppose I'll be doing Xtra Factor next year, but you never know."
He explained: "Next year is going to be all about music for me and selling the album. I think this record has more singles on it than any of my previous ones, so fingers crossed we can put lots out and they do well."
Olly's single Troublemaker is out now in the UK, with his third album Right Place Right Time out next week.
The X Factor 2012 continues this Saturday on ITV1 and ITV1HD, with the final five acts sing two tracks each with Abba and Motown themes.
Sunday's results show will see one more act get the axe, and there will be performances from Rhianna, Tulisa and Bruno Mars.
