X Factor judge Louis Walsh has admitted he reckons Rylan CLark has peaked on the show.
The 23-year-old from Essex made it through the latest elimination on Sunday night, in a shock result that saw Ella Henderson leave the competition.
But even Rylan's biggest fan Louis admitted that the wacky performer would be gone soon.
Speaking about RYlan's Duran Duran mash up on Saturday night, Louis said: "It wasn’t my favourite. I felt slightly underwhelmed. Off the back of his other outrageously brilliant performances so far this series, I was expecting more. I still love him but I’m worried that Rylan may have peaked already."
Louis also gave his comments on Rylan's comeback to Gary Barlow's criticism, sayign: "I loved it! It was the BEST comeback ever, the best thing about Rylan is that nothing shocks him. Gary has met his match in Rylan.
"Yup, he got OWNED! That Essex boy is the king of one-liners and is brilliant fun. Who else would dare to poke fun at Gary over his weight? It was a stroke of genius!"
Speaking to the official ITV1 X Factor website yesterday, Louis said: "Gary secretly loved it. You have to embrace the madness of this show.
"Gary loves a good old banter and on Saturday night, the gloves were well and truly off!"
The X Factor 2012 continues this Saturday on ITV1 and ITV1HD, with the final five acts sing two tracks each with Abba and Motown themes.
Sunday's results show will see one more act get the axe, and there will be performances from Rhianna, Tulisa and Bruno Mars.
