Ella Henderson has backed Union J to win after she was booted out of the show.
Ella became the latest singer to leave the competition in this evening's shocking XFactor 2012 results after she fell into the bottom two with James Arthur.
The judges couldn't split the pair and sent the decision to deadlock, with Ella leaving having received the fewest public votes.
Speaking to host Dermot O'Leary, Ella said: "This year the talent has been incredible, everybody deserves to be in the final. I just want to say thank you so much. I wouldn't be where I am right now without this show."
Ella's mentor Tulisa said: "This situation is ridiculous.
"I don't know what went wrong, people thought she was safe. There was nothing wrong with her performances. This week was one of the best she's ever done."
Talking on the Xtra Factor last night, Ella revealed she would now be backing Union J or Jahmene Douglas to win.
She said: “I am definitely going to be supporting Union J, they are like my big brothers here and Jahmene my little chicken.”
Jahmene is the new odds on favourite to win the recording contract prize next month.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: " The odds may suggest Jahmene is home and dry as the winner but after Ella's elimination any one can win the show now."
The X Factor 2012 continues this Saturday on ITV1 and ITV1HD, with the final five acts sing two tracks each with Abba and Motown themes.
Sunday's results show will see one more act get the axe, and there will be performances from Rhianna, Tulisa and Bruno Mars.
