X Factor producers are reportedly unhappy with Tulisa Contostavlos for often being late for work.
It's reported today that the N-Dubz star is facing the axe after repeatedly turning up late to filming.
Show bosses are also apparently worried that recent headlines involving the singer regarding her new boyfriend.
A supposed insider told The Sun newspaper this morning: “She needs to buck up her ideas and give her performance on the show more attention.”
The paper reports that Tulisa failed to turn up to film with Ella Henderson this week, despite the 16-year-old being her only act left in the category.
However a spokesperson for Tulisa played down the claims.
He told the tabloid today: “She did get there but by the time she did Ella had to go so they couldn’t film. So she was an hour late but she didn’t just not turn up.” He added her “timing” had improved.
Meanwhile, an X Factor spokeswoman insisted: “Tulisa is a highly valued member of the judging panel.
"No decisions whatsoever have been made yet in terms of next year’s panel.”
Whatever happens, Louis Walsh has Tulisa's back.
"She works hard; she's honest. I did say she's a chav in a tracksuit, but she's a good chav in a good tracksuit," he gushed in an interview this weekend. "I'm always getting ready to defend her. We bonded from day one. I was dreading meeting her. I thought she was going to be a right little knacker. You know, a real toughie."

As well as another elimination, this evening's show will feature performances from Olly Murs and Alicia Keys.
