XFactor results: Gary Barlow predicts Rylan Clark's exit

Gary Barlow (X Factor 2012)

Gary Barlow reckons Rylan Clark will be booted out of The X Factor 2012 this weekend.

This evening saw the six remaining acts performing their favourite guilty pleasure tracks in order to make next weekend's quarter finals.

23-year-old Rylan performed a medley of Duran Duran and Bros hits for the panel, but didn't impress Gary.

After the performance, Gary Barlow said: "The good news, you are famous. The bad news is, give it a couple of months... this is going nowhere for me.

"Nicole, it's not getting any better, it's getting worse. It's got to be over now."

Speaking on Xtra Factor, Gary tipped Rylan to leave tomorrow night.

He said: "I think Rylan's going home tomorrow. Genuinely I think that."

Meanwhile Rylan's mentor Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Rylan and Gary's clash could save him from elimination.

Nicole told Xtra Fator's Caroline Flack and Olly Murs: "I think that all the people are home and their babies voting will save Rylan.

"His comeback to Gary Barlow didn't hurt!"
