It's X Factor's annual guilty pleasures week tonight, and we're feeling cautiously optimistic about the performances.

This evening will see the remaining six acts taking on those songs that they hate to admit they love, and it's set to be a very upbeat show.

21-year-old Jahmene, who has previously covered tracks by the likes of Beyonce and Robbie Williams, reckons his song choice will be impossible for viewers to predict.

He tweeted this morning: "Show day soon ! 🙂 the weeks fly by. Guilty pleasures week this week .. You'll never guess my song 😛 <3"Union J meanwhile will come out fighting after being in the bottom two for the second time last week."It's Guilty Pleasures theme this week, we want to come out and we're going to have fun, we're going to be ourselves," they said ahead of tonight's show. "We had a bad weekend last week but we want to show we're professional and come back fighting for it, we're going to be fighting on Saturday."Rylan meanwhile will be performing another medley, and it's set to be his biggest yet.“It’s a massive production – and dangerous,” he told The Sun today. “If I catch my heel on something I will end up under the stage.”Speaking about her song choice this weekend, Ella said: "It is guilty pleasures week. I found the theme really hard this week but I've taken it on as a challenge - I'm really excited."She explained: "I'm going to do a song that everyone's just going be so shocked and going to think, 'What the hell is she going to do with that?' But I'm really excited about it all."Meanwhile James is planning to woo female voters with a love song.He said: "I'm going to do a song that's very well known. Lauryn Hill put a twist on it, and my will be similar"Given that we reckon it's sure to be something like Close To You by the Carpenters!James continued: "I would love to sing one of my sown songs on the show. I've got plans to keep flipping songs, and keep choosing songs that people won't expect and making them my own hopefully."> X Factor 2012 spoilers: Week 7 Guilty Pleasures song choices and teasers!
