Rylan Clark has been given a good luck message and flowers by Geri Halliwell ahead of his latest performance on The X Factor.
We revealed yesterday that the singer is set to be performing a medley of the hits from the 90's girl group Spice girls.
The 23-year-old from Essex has said that his performance on tonight's show has been in the works since he was six years old!
"This weekend's performance is... this is like the ultimate performance, this is the reason why I did The X Factor, to do this performance," he teased.
Rylan revealed: "It's my favourite band of all time, it's a couple of their songs as we all know Rylan loves a mashup , I've been dreaming about this since I was six."
Geri and Rylan met earlier this week, and the former X Factor guest judge sent him a good luck message this afternoon.
Along with a bunch of flowers, Geri wrote: "It was such a pleasure to meet you by yourself, the star that you are. Enjoy tonight."
Meeting Geri, Rylan said earlier this week: “This week’s best of British and what more can I do than the Spice Girls?”
He added: “When you did the Olympic’s I was round my mate’s house and they were all dressed up as athletes and I was dressed up as you!”
Meanwhile, Geri replied: “I think you’ve got star quality. You deserve to be here.”
