X Factor's Rylan Clark has been getting advice form Spice Girl Geri Halliwell about his performance this weekend.
We revealed yesterday that the singer is set to be performing a medley of the hits from the 90's girl group.
The 23-year-old from Essex has said that his performance on tonight's show has been in the works since he was six years old!
"This weekend's performance is... this is like the ultimate performance, this is the reason why I did The X Factor, to do this performance," he teased.
Rylan revealed: "It's my favourite band of all time, it's a couple of their songs as we all know Rylan loves a mashup , I've been dreaming about this since I was six."
Sources have revealed that Rylan has been working with Geri on his songs, and he's even been dancing with the Spice Girl's own backing dancers.
An insider explained: "Geri has been giving Rylan tips this week. He has been rehearsing with Spice Girl dancers, so he met up with Geri to pick up some Girl Power moves for Saturday's show."
Meeting Geri, Rylan said: “This week’s best of British and what more can I do than the Spice Girls?”
He added: “When you did the Olympic’s I was round my mate’s house and they were all dressed up as athletes and I was dressed up as you!”
Meanwhile, Geri replied: “I think you’ve got star quality. You deserve to be here.”
