Rylan Clark almost got a compliment from Gary Barlow on the X Factor tonight, before the Take That star predicted he'd be heading back to Essex tomorrow!
The 23-year-old performed a mash up of Madonna's tracks on the show this evening, singing Hung Up and Gimme Gimme Gimme.
During his manic performance, which wasn't really the toned down, serious number we were promised, Rylan gave a shout to Lucy Spraggan, who quit the show today.
He said: "This one's for you Spraggan, I love you!"
Nicole Scherzinger said: "People have underestimated you, you were effortless and beautiful, you have proven to people tonight that you deserve your place in the competition."
Tulisa Contostavlos commented: "That was a totes amaze performance, you stripped it back and then you dropped it back in Rylan style. You are a genuine entertaining performer, and you deserve to be here."
Gary Barlow added: "The vocals at the top weren't too bad but after that it was chaos. I have a feeling that may be your last performance on the X Factor."
And Louis Said said: "Rylan, it's week five, we're halfway through and you're still standing. It was camp and over the top but it was brilliant and enjoyable."
